Multifunctional
The basic unit is our single cabin. Depending on the usage the cabins can be designed as: mobile homes, sanitary cabins, cabins for building sites, accoutrement for telecommunication etc.
Standard measures are LxBxH 6058x2438x2591 mm. Other measures are possible on request.
Basic elements of a cabin unity are: floor, ceiling, substructure and walls.
Cost-saving and disposable on time
The substructure is made of cold finished steel shapes, anti-corrosive equiped with basecoat and finishing varnish. The cabin-subconstruction for telecommunication and electrical equipment is made of galvanized profiles. Interior designs can be obtained in following versions: „Chipboard white“ or „oak light“. The exterior wall cladding consists of zinc coated, trapeze-profiled sheets. The walls are isolated with mineral wool. We can deliver as well a design of polyurethane-panel, produced with zinc coated sheet on the in- and outside. Polyurethane foam serves as isolation between the sheets. Depending on the climatic zone the intensity of insulation is selected. The cabins are provided with exterior steel and wooden inner doors. At the end of the build up, electro and water installations are inserted. Sanitary cabins have an extra installation.
For high quality plants we have gypsum as interior decoration. Such plasterboards are fastend to the substructure.
